We are so busy on a daily basis that we forget to nourish ourselves which is the most important thing to do if we want to have a healthy and balanced body, mind and spirit. When we are healthy and happy, we feel like we are going with the flow of life, or rather, that life is flowing with us, as opposed to against us. The question is - How do we get our body, mind and spirit in alignment with one another so we can experience health and happiness?
