Makko-Ho Exercises ~ Stretch, Open and Balance your meridian system

Shizuto Masunaga the founder of Zen Shiatsu created six simple stretches to maintain health and well-being. These are yoga-like movements designed to open and balance the 6 pairs of meridian channels or energy pathways throughout the body.

Attend this class and you will learn:

•A brief introduction to Zen Shiatsu and the meridian system
•Six simple stretches you can do every day in addition to your yoga practice
•The mind-body connection with each meridian and stretch
•A short Zen Shiatsu demonstration


Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
